【Feb.18.2022】Refilled parking area \ Giga shanghai \ 4K # 417

The early spring in Shanghai is still cold and rainy, and this week's aerial photography still took place in light rain. Unlike the first two weeks of the month, the parking area at Tesla's Shanghai facility is back to full.
The delivery trucks are as busy as ever, shuttling in and out of the factory. gates 28 and 32 are also as usual, not much has changed. phase 2 of the BMP battery workshop is still under intensive construction and the facade is starting to be paved on the west side in addition to the increase on the east side. On site, delivery trucks were seen going back and forth between the dock and the factory, apparently, production this week is still export oriented.
In other news, the China Passenger Association has officially released its national passenger car market analysis report for January 2022. According to the content, Tesla China's wholesale sales reached 59,845 units in the month of January just passed, up 286.5% year-on-year; of which 40,499 were exported. In contrast, Tesla China's wholesale sales in January 2021 were 15,484 units. Tesla's deliveries in China in January were less than 20,000 units, which was due to supplying the European market, and deliveries in China in February will not exceed 20,000 units.
